Glad you made it – Now let’s take a closer look.

I didn't start with a business plan. I started with a gut feeling.
I spent years in operations and events — managing complex projects, building systems from scratch, keeping things running in high-stakes environments. In my first corporate role, there were no systems, no documentation, no processes. I asked questions, figured it out, and built the entire documentation trail from the ground up — SOPs, workflows, training materials, operational systems. That experience taught me how to create structure where none exists, which is exactly what most entrepreneurs need.
From there I coordinated the Arizona Special Olympics Summer Games. I planned luxury wellness retreats at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa. I managed vendor logistics for live events with thousands of guests. I designed service protocols, created systems that improved team efficiency, and kept multiple moving pieces aligned across events, hospitality, and entertainment.
I was good at it. Really good. But I was building someone else's vision. And my body knew it before my brain did.
So I stepped out. Not because I had it all mapped. Because something deeper than logic said: this isn't it. And I trusted that.

I believe work should support the life you're building, not consume it.
I believe most of us were handed a script for how life is supposed to go — the degree, the career, the grind — without ever being told we could write our own. I believe we get to create our lives however we want, and that tuning into who you actually are is how you bring real meaning to yourself and the people around you.
I believe structure creates freedom — but only when it's designed for your energy, not someone else's productivity hack. Structure and design should work together. Too much structure becomes rigid. Too much creativity becomes chaotic. My work sits in the middle — blending systems thinking with thoughtful design so everything feels functional, grounded, and aligned.
I believe being a work-in-progress is not a disclaimer. It's the whole point. I'm allowed to change, grow, evolve, and become — and so are you.
And I believe that showing up before you're ready — visibly, imperfectly, honestly — is the gateway to everything you've been waiting for.

Right now, Aligned Form is where everything lives. It's my personal brand, my space, my evolving body of work. Under it, I offer two things:

Operations Support — I organize the chaos, build the systems, design the assets, and handle the backend work that eats up your time and energy. I don't just make things look good — I design tools that function, scale, and support real use.

Social Media Management — Strategy, content creation, editing, posting, and analytics. I make sure your business shows up online consistently and professionally — so your customers find you, not your competitors.

I've also worked with an early-stage wellness startup, handling brand design, social media strategy, and creative direction through launch and growth. That experience taught me how to move fast, stay scrappy, and deliver polished work without a big team behind me.
This is just the beginning. I see this brand growing with me — into content, community, and things I haven't dreamed up yet. If you're here, you're here early. That means something to me.
